Panda Express - Clearfield

Not good. I'm a big fan of Panda Express, family makes me funny because I say it's my favorite restaurant. I have lived the majority of my life in Clinton/West Point. Tried this Panda Express hundreds of times and gave him the advantage of doubt... You just don't know how to cook RICE!!!! It's always raw... Every other panda is great! You just can't cook rice, which is the meal!!!

Came into this location a few times in the last few months and every time the customer service was horrible they rushed me and my children through the line then when asked for Our other items we got eyes rolled at us. But today we went to the drive thru and ordered 6 meals our vegetables were still hard and our chow mien was hard dry and cabbage was hard like a potato I called and spoke with the ACTING MANAGER Ty. And she told me all She could or would do was replace the chow Mien. Then when I told her about the employees attitude she said she didn?t appreciate my attitude um hello I don?t know In what world anyone would be happy or satisfied with the service or food we received. Oh and I didn?t mention we also waited for ?FRESH FOOD?. Then Ty continued to argue with me as a person who works customer service and with people this was very disappointing and sad. So now I wait to hear from the REAL MANAGER TOMORROW. never will I spend my money here again.

Whoever was working the line around 5 o clock. You are a legend and I appreciate you for actually hooking it up with the teriyaki chicken! I actually got 2 whole thighs nicely sliced like I?m suppose to instead of 1 and a half. Keep doing your thing I?ll keep coming! PS. Whoever was serving the rice. You kinda lackin.

First time eating at this location and never again!! There was lipstick prints on the inside of the container and hair in the rice!! So not worth it!!

I simply ordered a plate with half chow mien and double beef broccoli. I was told the wait for the chow mein would be about five minutes, I said that?s fine I can wait. I get home and this is what I have. My fried rice is so badly burned it literally has a crisp. And no chow mein. Update: we went back with our plates and talked to the manager and he made our plate brand new and replaced our entire order! Was back to delicious.
