Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - CLEMENTON

Recently began to come to these Popeyes and honestly I am am amazed by the past other Popeyes experience. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is top animal. Well done Popeyes on Blackwood Clementon Street!

I definitely enjoyed the food here better than the ones in Camden and Pennsauken. My food was fresh, did not taste like old cooking grease. Will definitely go back again.

Website, Google (which was updated by the business a week ago), the door says hours of operations that this store does not adhere to. They let me sit in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one notified me that they weren't open. There's ppl inside, chicken on display, door is locked. Get it together please. The sandwich has gone up by $1.50 in less than a year. Must be bcuz is so rare to obtain...

The workers here always have the worst attitudes and the worse service. Seriously train your workers better. These young girls are rude.They are always out of sauces and butter. When you ask for sauce they act like you are asking them to sacrifice their life and breath for you. I stopped at this Popeyes tonight and when I got to the window, I paid and I asked for my drink with no ice and ketchup and sauces. The girl at the window intentionally only put one ketchup in the bag and only 1 sauce. When she gave my drink with no ice she told me next time to ask at the speaker if I don 't want ice . I told her I forgot and she everybody makes mistakes just like they mess peoples orders up and she slammed the window in my face. I will be calling corporate.

0 STARS!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT BUY FROM POPEYES Called customer service and they did not care AT ALL to help. Went through drive through and two people walking went to window in front of my husband and I ordering and got their food. Popeyes should care about the safety of serving customers walking in a drive through!! When we got to the window we asked the workers about it and the cashier did not care. She closed the window on us and charged our card. We knocked to get our card back and was met with attitude. The manager eventually did the refund. I asked them about the issue and I even stated I understood dealing with customer issues can be uncomfortable but is part of his job. When we called customer service line to complain the woman solely cared about people getting hit in line and not also the poor customer service. We are waiting to hear back from the general manager but I don't see us ever going to Popeyes again. I highly recommend you reconsider purchasing from Popeyes since their customer service is no help and managers are of no help. Shame on those workers.
