The Dixie Grill - Corbin

10/10 We stopped by while visiting Cumberland Falls and were delighted to find that the old Dixie Cafe has reopened as the Dixie Grill. The interior is spotless and has a charming retro vibe that made us feel right at home. The food was fantastic! I had a large omelet and the potatoes were freshly cut and cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly. The owner, Scott, came over to chat with us, and we really wish he would open a location closer to where we live!

The breakfast was amazing! The chili is based on the original recipe from 1959. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The Dixie is fantastic, but it will be undergoing some changes. I spoke with the owner, and it will be transitioning to a more family-friendly atmosphere in the future.
