Casey's General Store - Council Bluffs

I absolutely loved the customer service I received here and caseys fresh hot pizzas are better than the rest!

I love the food just thought it was a little ironic that i pulled a cheeseburger out of the hot cabinet but put it back cause something else caught my eye only to see the cook come walk over and throw it away. I mean come on the dont wear gloves and touch the actual food i didnt.

This Casey's is a lot better than the one on 23rd, always quick, clean and full shelves.

This place is A JOKE !! I've tried ordering pizza twice. The first time 12/3/20 I called at 945 pm they asked is this for pick up or delivery. I said pick up then they said the kitchen is closed! Li asked when do you close they said 12 and then hung up on me ! Tried to call back they answerd and left the phone lay their. I called tonight 12/11/20 8:15 no answer then again at 8:40 no answer. I work less then 400 ft from the the store. This is total BS!!!!!!!!!!!!! btw i work at ta across the street.

Beware!!! No employees wear masks, in the morning or night. Even though the front of business door recommends wearing masks inside. You're more likely to get sick from the cashier than another customer. They dont give a frick.
