Southside Jonesy's Taco House

The food here is quite good, and the service is excellent and fast. However, the appetizers arrived at the same time as the meals. I really enjoyed the hamburger cheese dip, but you have to eat it quickly, as it becomes sticky when it cools down. The margaritas are also good!

The restaurant was clean and not very busy around 3 PM. The food was hot and fresh, and the waitress was very attentive, always prompt with drink refills. I recommend this place to anyone who is very hungry, as the portion sizes are generous. I would have given it five stars, but the communication between the waitress and the cooks needs some improvement to ensure orders are correct. Other than that, the food and service were excellent!

The portions were MUCH bigger than I thought. I ordered 2 nacho Supreme, my daughter and I couldn't finish them. The tenderloin was great the next day warmed up for lunch, I can imagine the day it was cooked. They did a great job. No complaints. We went around 630 pm. Nice neighborhood as well.

Enchiladas and tacos both receive a rating of 4 out of 5. They are flavorful, but I found them somewhat lacking in impact.

South Side Taco House has always been our go-to spot for amazing Mexican cuisine! Lori, the manager, is fantastic—she always makes sure that your order is perfect and ready when you arrive. The prices are very reasonable, and if you leave feeling hungry, you probably didn’t finish your plate! Haha! The enchiladas are our absolute favorite, though it’s tough to pick just one dish since everything is excellent. We usually go for the chicken enchiladas topped with green chili and cheese. They’re simply delicious! You’ve got to try them; you’ll love them!
