Mcdonald's - Covington

I typically don't leave negative reviews unless the experience is truly awful, but this place consistently messes up my order whenever I go through the drive-thru. Even if they manage to get it right, the food is often cold and the portions are smaller than expected.

This restaurant has certainly improved since its creation, although they still face occasional issues, whether it be training new staff or someone struggling to keep up. Despite some mishaps and mixed up orders here and there, it is not nearly as frequent as before. Ultimately, they consistently deliver a branded service and offer contemporary dining experiences. It is important to remember that everyone has their off days and should not be judged solely on that. Over the years, they have made significant strides and have vastly improved.

Worst McDonald's i have ever been to the lady there was so ghetto and mean i ordered through my mobile app and then she DEMANDED i pay her money also?! I asked.to speak to manager and she was even more ghetto! I was afraid they were spitting when they were yelling. I just wanted my.food and i all ready paid i tried to show my recipt from mc donalds app and my bank statment where i had been charged but i was met with to crazy ladys trying to talk overntop of me and tell me im wrong and continue to demand i pay i had already cancled the order at this point i left.. afraid

I hate to say it but this McDonald's is extremely slow and they do not care for their customers. The drive thru is always backed up, they also seem to mess orders up constantly, ex. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a chocolate and I told them but instead of correcting it they said I was lying.

We drove for 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. I appreciated that they pay their employees a fair wage. However, the wait was making everyone in our group uncomfortable. The only one who still wanted to go was the 4-year-old, but even she eventually decided it wasn't worth the long wait. The food was not enjoyable at all. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
