Jimmy's Pizza - Crosby

We found this place accidentally going through Crosby. We thoroughly enjoyed the gentleman that owns the shop and works very hard making pizzas and just about everything else. We had some of the best pizza I've had in a long time served with a smile! We plan to drop by again. He is open for breakfast and for supper and sometimes late.

As a huge gyro fan, part of stopping in this little area was to get just that. However, with no explanation whatsoever the store was closed all day on Saturday. I waited all day, and when they did finally open, you know what they told me? Sorry we dont have what you want. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere run by professionals.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. There are days when they don't even bother to open, and after waiting all day for them to start serving, they finally tell me they don't have what I wanted. Save your time and choose a more professional establishment instead.

I ordered a pizza at 9 PM last night, unaware that they had closed since their hours aren't listed online. A young delivery person arrived an hour and 15 minutes later, and I received incorrect change because they don't carry coins. Everything was fine until I paid, and upon opening the pizza, I found it to be a thin crust cut into squares. I paid $21.45, expecting a cheese pizza, but the toppings are actually hidden underneath the cheese (which the owner confirmed). After not tasting the pepperoni, I called this morning and spoke with a staff member who offered me a free pizza if there was no pepperoni. He confidently bet me there was, so I made a quick two-minute drive to the restaurant. When I got there, he removed the cheese, and sure enough, there was pepperoni. To add insult to injury, I was met with rude stares from other customers because my pizza was in a smaller box from a different chain; it didn't fit in my fridge with the 16-inch pizza. I'm very disappointed with how I was treated as a customer and will not be ordering from Jimmy's Pizza again. It was a waste of money for a mediocre pizza.

The pizza here is fantastic, and they offer delivery in the Crosby area. Breakfast begins at 6 AM, and it's always freshly made and delicious. The staff is friendly, too!
