Don't be deceived by the exterior; the food here is fantastic, and the staff is very welcoming. The dishes are delightful, especially the beans. Just a heads up—try to avoid visiting during heavy rain unless you don't mind getting a bit wet!

Tina is an excellent hostess, friendly and attentive to everyone. The menu is straightforward, featuring all authentic dishes. I tried the fish with rice and beans, and it was absolutely delicious—without a doubt, the best meal I've had since arriving in Belize. The fish was cooked to perfection and was the catch of the day. My companion ordered the quesadilla, which was also fantastic, especially with the homemade flour tortillas. Most dishes come with the rice and beans, which are always a hit. Make sure to venture away from the typical tourist traps and spend some time enjoying the atmosphere at Tina's. Don't miss the fish with rice and beans—it's a must-try! Cheers!

So delicious! Awesome home cooked meal. They were super friendly and great portions; awesome ambience on the water and fun music playing with the ladies in the kitchen singing along : didn’t even get to have the dishes everyone recommended and it was sooo good! Gotta try the bitters too :
