Chicken Salad Chick - Daphne

I returned on the evening of November 9, 2015, and my wife and I each ordered the classic chicken sandwich along with the grape salad and another cookie of the day. My wife particularly enjoyed the grape salad, and I opted for an extra Pimento cheese sandwich, which was tasty but a bit on the spicy side. Just a heads-up, this place is a little on the pricey side.

Great customer service is hard to find these days, so it was a delight to have lunch at a restaurant that exemplifies excellent customer service! A place can serve amazing food, but poor service will keep me from returning, no matter how good the food is. Thankfully, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds. Keep up the great work, Chicken Salad Chick Daphne, and thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

I encountered an issue with the way the Dixie chicks were prepared, and Misty, the owner, personally called me to apologize for the experience. She made some excellent points about why the dish wasn't as delicious as it had been during my last visit. Because of their friendliness and willingness to address all my questions, I've changed my review to a 5 stars! It's quite rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. I haven't found any taste of chicken salad here yet, that I don't LOVE!! It's my favorite go-to-lunch spot!

Fresh original styles of chicken salad, egg salad, pimento cheese and other good stuff. Make sure you try the grape salad.
