Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

Overall bad experience with salty bisque, rancid greasy fries and flat draft beer. The odor in the Woman's restroom was so unbearable that we had to leave. Shame because we really looked forward trying it out.

We have been coming to Hook Reel since they first opened. We can tell there has been a turnover in staff since then. The quality has changed tremendously. We usually order a huge amount enough to feed 5-6 people. The serving we got for take out was enough for 1 person.Not sure how long this place will stay open since even the all you can eat isn’t bringing folks in anymore.Wish you guys the best but this was our last visit.

Messed up my order. I ordered a mix and match with seasoned garlic butter, I got it with garlic butter. Also my hush puppies were missing the sauce, and got forks instead of spoons to eat the soup. Very disappointing.

I know it’s a seafood place but, I had ribeye. I’m not a fan of pan fried steak however, this was a very good steak. The staff was attentive and courteous and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food.
