Kaizan Modern Japanese Cuisine

I've been to this restaurant twice, and the fish here has a strong fishy smell.

Samurai sushi provided fish that had not been properly sanitized before being served to customers. The surface appeared to be clean, which makes it even more alarming. I had diarrhea for several days after consuming it. I hope all customers pay attention to their health and avoid taking risks.

The service was great, the server was very respectful and polite. The food was fine and the price was reasonable. the sushi were not the freshest and some of the shrimps veins were not cleaned completely. But the salad dressing was delicious, and the fried shrimp were crunchy and tasty.

The food here is not fresh and they water down the sauces.

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo dinner. The food was delicious and the service excellent. When I'm in Philly again I am visiting for a meal. Thank you to the staff!
