The service was extremely lackluster; it felt like the staff wasn't interested in providing a good dining experience. There was a noticeable lack of attention, making it difficult to enjoy my meal. As for the atmosphere, it was lacking as well. The ambiance was dull and uninviting, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I can't recommend this place based on my visit.

I tried to place an order over the phone, but I ended up in an automated system. I pressed the option to speak with a real person, but the call was disconnected twice. The service under the new owners has been disappointing. We used to enjoy Tony's Pizza regularly, but since we can't communicate with anyone directly, I guess we'll have to look for a different pizza place.

The pizza is great, the wings are delicious, and the ranch dressing is really good too. I primarily come here because it's convenient, given how close it is to my home.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Every time I call, the customer service is awful; the staff always seems to be in a bad mood. I understand that working in customer service can be tough—I've been in that position myself—but it's just unacceptable here. On top of that, the quality of the pizza has really declined recently. It's disheartening because I have so many fond memories of coming here while growing up. They really need to make some changes.

This is an outstanding pizza place! The customer service is top-notch, with many locals stopping by and the staff remembering their names. The service was quick and welcoming. The pizza dough had fantastic flavors, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce was just right. If you're in the mood for great pizza, definitely give this place a try. The cheese sticks were also amazing—full of flavor and wonderfully cheesy, made from the same delicious dough as the pizza. Both the pizza and cheese sticks come with ranch dressing, which tastes excellent.
