The service was extremely lackluster; it felt like the staff wasn't interested in providing a good dining experience. There was a noticeable lack of attention, making it difficult to enjoy my meal. As for the atmosphere, it was lacking as well. The ambiance was dull and uninviting, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I can't recommend this place based on my visit.

I was told my order would be ready in one hour or less, but I ended up waiting one hour and 40 minutes. For takeout dinner, I spent about $30 to $50 per person. Overall, I would rate the service a 1.

I tried to place an order over the phone, but I ended up in an automated system. I pressed the option to speak with a real person, but the call was disconnected twice. The service under the new owners has been disappointing. We used to enjoy Tony's Pizza regularly, but since we can't communicate with anyone directly, I guess we'll have to look for a different pizza place.

The pizza is great, the wings are delicious, and the ranch dressing is really good too. I primarily come here because it's convenient, given how close it is to my home.
