The service and atmosphere were excellent and fast, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to the same standard. The appetizers were decent, but the portion sizes left much to be desired. The Italian beef was dry and bland, lacking any real flavor—it was almost like chewing on rubber. The dipping juice that accompanied it was also tasteless. The chicken Alfredo was disappointing; there was no flavor, the chicken was tough, and the sauce had an unappetizing appearance. The ravioli was okay, but it was clearly frozen, and the sauce could use some improvement. The pizza was passable, though it had too much cheese and the toppings were heavily concentrated in the center. Overall, while the service and ambiance were commendable, the food was quite disappointing.
