El Sabroso Pollos A La Brasa

I ordered by phone before in English and they mess up my orderI order a second time by phone in Spanish and they mess up againI went in person and order for the third time 'the same arroz chaufa NO EGGS veggies only, shrimp rice NO EGGS and well done french fries and they messed up for the third time .When i clearly asked her before i left , are u sure it doesnt have eggs and she answered that my food dint have any egg on ,it !THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ????All 3 times I ordered the rice had egg in , it and the fries were cold and soggy ?When I called her she APPOLOGIZE but not once offered to exchange my plate .THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME ! SABROSO IN EAST HARTFORD CT HAS MY SERVICEMY ADVICE IS TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE ! BIGGEST MISTAKE I DID .

I love this Peruvian restaurant, the food is good, the service is good. the only thing I dont like is there is no parking.

I found the food very delicious and the service adequate and pleasant.

Great food, good pricing and very generous portions well worth your money.

The rostisery chicken looked and tasted days old. No paper of any kind in the bathroom.
