Bojangles - Ernul

THIS BoJangles has GOT to be the worst one in the franchise! NOBODY working the front counter/checkout. Those that do have NO idea what they 're doing. I was there the early evening of 6-23-24 and ordered a 25 piece supreme dinner which comes with 6 Biscuits, 1/2 gallon of tea AND sauce. I was asked if I wanted Biscuits with the meal (really, I ordered the MEAL . WHEN I received my order (it comes with 1 box of Biscuits, 1 box of supremes and 1/2 gallon of tea they didn 't put it either in a box NOR a large bag. I asked about having my order placed in a box, the guy that waited on me acted like I was speaking an ancient/dead language. I told them NOT to worry about it, I 'd handle it like it was. They ALSO didn 't give me the sauce I asked for. There were SEVERAL people just running around in the back NOT really doing ANYTHING. 1 of these people was fussing/complaining about EVERYTHING while she ran around. IDK how many of you have ever killed/assisted in the killing of chickens before, but it is a time consuming process. The people that work here take so long waiting on customers, you would THINK that 's what they 're doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS BoJangles FOR ANY REASON

I’m in line now and the guy who took the order I don’t think either can speak English or understand English. I’m really worried that I’m not going to get what I ordered and I ordered $45 worth of food

I made the mistake of going here at 9:00 at night, June 13th. I never should have bought the chicken breast, it was laid up in a pile on the middle counter back there with nothing over it. I ordered 3 ham biscuits and the ham was burnt to a crisp. Black ham, so burned it crumbled. I feel sick after eating just one biscuit and some of the gross old chicken. I have no idea how they are still open if this is what the food tastes like. Gag. $15 in the trash.

Garbage food. Garbage employees. Garbage management. Go somewhere else. You'll constantly get old/stale food here with zero seasoning. The employees barely utter a word to you. One of the worst fast food places in New Bern.

Restaurant closed at 10 pm and I went through the drive thru at 9 pm and was told they were out of Cajun filet biscuits, then out of all chicken and biscuits, then not serving ham biscuits cause it 's a breakfast item even though sign says breakfast served all day
