Little Caesars Pizza - Ernul

Please don't go here. Hot and reddies are not known here. 10 two 20 minute wait all day. This is April 4th.Go someplace else. Even to feed the kids........

Ordered online, Went through the window and got pulled up waited 40 minutes, went back up to the window just for the man to take another 5 minutes of my life to search for my food. i got my food it was cold and looked old. My food was already done 30 minutes PRIOR to me asking the manager for my food. i got a refund didn’t get no type of apology. They SUCK

Not sure why the guy running the show in there was so upset. But to get upset about me ordering an item that says “hot and ready” and then having an attitude about me not needing it since it was going to take 20+ minutes is kind of weird. But hey the cheese pizza I got was good

So all items are not available to order in store. If you want to order something you have to order it online as they don't pay their employees enough, or staff enough people. So don't worry if the menu has it on the inside you may not be able to order it in store even if you are going to wait on the order anyways. Little Caesars has gone from being nice cheap pizza to, we have food but you can't order all of it because we are always understaffed. New items are not available unless you order online.

I just want to say the manager was wonderful. We drove a u haul truck and he came out to help us back out and I called to let them know our pizza was undercooked and I couldn't turn back because I was going 300 miles away and he refunded our order and told me the next order was on him when I come back to town. I highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Not great for big trucks but Dave will help if you need help backing out.
