Sansei Japan - Eureka

Perfectly good chicken teriyaki cooked to order. I got extra chicken for a dollar more and it was definitely filling. If you're at the food court at the mall this is definitely a solid option.

They have the best california rolls. They should be known for it. Their other items are ok. I like my rice with just a little sauce but they smother it. They are the traditional japanese. The shrimp was good. Slightly greesy but was good. Their noodles are not Chinese so they are super thick and orange color. I love the mushrooms and pineapple.

I ordered food and then realized I had lost my debit card. The gentleman at the counter (I think he might be the owner, but I'm not sure) kindly offered to pay for my meal. I’m not sure if he’ll see this, but I want to express my heartfelt thanks. I returned to my job at the mall and started crying because I was so moved by his kindness. Thank you, sir; the next time I come in, I’ll make sure to leave a big tip. I truly appreciate your compassion in this tough world.

I stopped by Eureka to use the Tesla supercharger, and I must say that Bayshore Mall has a bit of a dreary atmosphere. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this little Asian fast food place, which exceeded my expectations. The food was prepared quickly, served sizzling hot, and was fresh, healthy, and delicious. I'm not sure why the previous reviews were so negative, but I'm really glad I decided to stop in!

I really love this restaurant, but they are rarely open. How can they claim to be open every day when it always seems empty? It’s frustrating!
