Godfrey's Grille Pizzeria - Fitchburg

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza for my girlfriend, and the delivery driver got the directions wrong, resulting in a delay of just three minutes. The driver called me to say that he was significantly behind schedule, even though the delay was due to his own mistake. Overall, the staff seemed quite rude about the situation.

The pizza was delicious, and at just $6.99 for a small size, it's a great deal. The Italian sub was also tasty. The location was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Godfrey's phone numbers not working?

A massive shoutout to Godfrey's Grille Pizzeria! We picked up our order and got home, but my mom's sandwich was a bit burned. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to return it as I was headed to work. I called them up, and they promptly sent a replacement right to our house. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Also, their BBQ pork mac and cheese is fantastic.

I've ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash three times. The first time, my order was canceled for reasons I wasn't informed about. The second experience was fine; the food was good, and my order was correct. Unfortunately, the third experience was disappointing. I ordered steak tips with mashed potatoes, but instead received fries. I was quite upset because I chose this place specifically for the mashed potatoes that are supposed to come with the steak tips. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff was very rude and curtly informed me that they no longer offer mashed potatoes, only fries. When I asked why I hadn't been notified about this change, they claimed they don't work with DoorDash. I pointed out that they had canceled an order before, which shows they have the capability to communicate changes. Overall, their customer service was terrible.
