Taco Bell - Fitchburg

As I write this, I'm extremely frustrated. I waited in line for 40 minutes, and when I finally got my food, it looked terrible—like something meant for a dog. Please think twice before eating here; I would have been better off staying home and having cereal instead.

As a former manager at Taco Bell, I have high expectations for my dining experience at these establishments. This location has consistently exceeded those expectations during every visit, prompting me to leave a review.

This is my second time dining here, and I must say that everything, from the meat to the lettuce, is well-cooked and delicious. My fiancé and I will certainly be returning!

Usually we love Taco Bell but today was a big disappointment. I saw a sold out sign on the Mexican Pizza. When I asked the cashier why there was a huge poster stating that Mexican Pizza was back when it was false advertising they said the owner knowsand doesn't care. Then my husband and I were eating what they had stock of and it tasted like it was made yesterday. They onlyhad Pepsi so my husband declined the drink. I hope all Taco Bell's are NOT created the same. Will not be back.

If you go there 5 times, they will forget to give you one of your tacos 3 times. I almost expect them to forget a taco whenever I order from this particular location.
