Papa John's Pizza - Florence

I live 1.5 miles from the store in Florence. When I provided my address, the staff member told me to call the Hebron location instead. I had to spell out my street name twice, and after asking me to hold, he never returned to the call. I ended up ordering from Domino's, and my pizza was ready in just 8 minutes, plus the order was perfect. I don't know who owns this franchise, but you are losing business by employing people who are not capable.

I ordered the new New York-style pepperoni pizza, but what I received was not a true New York-style pizza. It was merely a large pizza stretched to an XL size, which resulted in holes in the crust beneath the cheese. The flavor was exceptionally bland, with the only notable taste coming from a small amount of sauce and the pepperoni. I usually enjoy Papa John's, but this experience was disappointing and, frankly, terrible. It feels completely out of character for this establishment.

Make sure to double-check your order if you decide to order hoagies. When you request one pizza sauce hoagie and one mushroom sauce hoagie, it shouldn't be interpreted as two pizza sauce hoagies. I had a frustrating experience at the other location where the employee couldn't get my order right even after I explained it five times at Turfway and Dixie.

All the papa John's locations are horrible now!!! BRING THE SUPERVISOR TIM BACK. HE CARED ABOUT PEOPLE UNLIKE THE NEW PPL NOW

Completely incompetent. Oh, and also rude. I used to deliver pizzas. It's pretty simple. Or maybe not.
