Panera Bread - Florham Park

Dinner with my daughter and they never disappoint. Great place and staff

I was basically accused of stealing a drink even though I am a paying Unlimited Sip Club member because I brought my own Panera cup and did not order it through the kiosk. The manager stopped me in the parking lot as I was leaving and made me come back inside to order the drink through the kiosk. I pay $14.99 per month for a subscription to Unlimited* drinks. If there are limitations to the service then the name should be changed to Limited Sip Club, not Unlimited. Customers should not have to worry about being harassed by staff and accused of stealing a drink, when they pay monthly for said drink. If there are limitations to how many drinks one can get, it should say so on the cup, in order to avoid confusion. The manager was very nice and was only doing her job. Panera is creating confusion by use of the word Unlimited for something actually has limitations, which are not clearly explained to the customers. I will most likely not use this Panera again since being falsely accused of stealing is not a pleasant experience.

Food was decent but proxies are crazy. $28 for two Fuji apple half salads and two Onion soups!!

The cashier was very rude, an older woman. She snaps at you. I don't think I will be going there often. She is there at lunchtime.

The staff were attentive and very helpful. Setting has nice seating with booths in mist areas. The food was prepared well, but portions have seemed to have shrunk a bit.
