Starbucks - Florham Park

I ordered on the app for my visit. For some odd reason, they are ALWAYS, out of chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know if the Cookie Monster comes here every morning and orders every cookie they have, but it seems like it. Anyways, instead of a chocolate chip cookie, I ordered a brownie instead. However, I also ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, but they gave me the wrong Frappuccino. Instead, the gave me this mint one that tasted absolutely horrible, like toothpaste. I was very disappointed due to this and probably will not return. Although the place was very busy, that’s no excuse to give someone something they didn’t ask for. The Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino also costs more than the disgusting mint one they gave me, which makes the situation even worse since I spent money. Do you guys think it’s right to waste people’s money? The place was also pretty dirty inside.

This was a horrible experience!!!!!! Sorry if your a black person do not go here I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!! The workers were very nasty to me but when the white person behind me was being helped they were very cheerful and all smiles. If I could do zero stars I would. I hate to be the person to say it was racism but that’s what it gave. The cashier Glenn was very rude I gave him my phone to show him a drink so there would be no confusion he read it over and over for about 3 minutes and then slid my phone across the counter when I handed it to him and when the drink came out it was incorrect (which I feel he did on purpose). Then I kindly said “excuse me” to a young lady named Kayla she in return was very nasty herself. She mumbled under her breath and then she took several more minutes to fix the drink and give it back. Now I’ve been in busy Starbucks before and dealt with nasty workers but this was like a team effort is giving me an issue. It was a very horrible experience from start to finish. I even called to store and the person who answered was very unprofessional and nonchalant about the issue.

Please stop filling your cups all the way with ice. My daughters $6 drink had about half a cup of what we paid for and it was 95% ice. Total rip off. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
