Lousy service!!! Walked in nobody even said hi!!!! Asked about soft serve and she replied machine is down she pointed to a plastic container on the counter and said we have vanilla...even showed the Kroger wrapper on it!!! NEVER AGAIN

We have tried going here two times now and both times they were closed when google says they close at 10 and maps says 8:30. We were there before 8:30

The ice cream was bad. The texture was like shaven ice, the flavor was off, and it tasted freezer burned. We threw our ice cream away and went to Graeter's. Graeter's was actually cheaper.

Stopped by this afternoon craving a coffee drink and decided to try the Java Whip. So disappointed. No coffee flavor at all so we asked for more coffee to be added. Came back still looking like vanilla soft serve. Ended up throwing both of them in the trash. Expensive lesson!

My son and I shared a large cup. It was very good. Great place to take a break from the surrounding park and trails.
