Pazza - Franklin Lakes

We were on a trip and decided to stop by this restaurant on a whim, and we were truly impressed! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff operates smoothly, and the restaurant is beautifully renovated. The male employees also added to the charm of the place.

We always order takeout from Pazza when we want to celebrate a special occasion at home. The steak entree is amazing!

Just when I thought the Italian dining scene in Bergen County was filled with overpriced and mediocre options, I discovered this gem of a restaurant. The decor strikes the perfect balance of casual and chic, making it ideal for families and groups. The value is excellent, and the talented chef and friendly staff truly enhance the experience. I started with the wood-fired octopus appetizer, followed by the chicken Milanese and the short rib pasta—everything was incredible. Despite the extensive menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Thank you, Maria, for the lovely conversation after dinner! A tip: arrive early; this place tends to get busy. They accept reservations, but be aware that if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.
