Chubb's Sports Bbq - Gallatin

Service was terrible, everyone's food was brought out at different times. Had to keep asking server for things multiple times. Everything we tried to order they were apparently out of. This was a Friday night dinner and we didn't come in at the end of the night.

AWESOMEEEEEEE!!! This might just be our new go-to BBQ spot. Definitely recommend the pulled pork. The ribs look good but they were out. The brisket was missing its pink but was still tasty. We'll probably pass on the brisket on future visits. The burgers are excellent, the fries, baked beans, and slaw are delicious, and the portions are enormous. Best hoecakes I've ever had. The service is great, the place is perfect size, there's plenty of parking, and the bar is full.

The food I ordered was delicious. The brisket was tender and I tried the twice fried potatoes, and I highly recomend it! We ordered the fried pecan pie and they told us they didn't have ice cream. I guess to make up for it, they covered the piece with chocolate sauce. I don't eat chocolate, so make sure you ask beforehand if you do not want that on it. The menu only mentioned ice cream. It was a great atmosphere and decent menu options(except for dessert). We didn't bring our kids, but it is definitely family friendly restaraunt. We would go back again.

I had a pork chop and a selection of craft beers while I was in town for business. The place was a bit sticky, so a more thorough cleaning with soapy water would be appreciated. Other than that, it met my expectations. I always prefer dining at local spots over chain restaurants!

This restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill lately. They're consistently short-staffed, and the food quality has not been up to par. I tried to place a to-go order, but they told me they didn't have any to-go containers. A few weeks later, I called again and was informed that they still couldn't take to-go orders because of being short-staffed. I've visited the place a couple of times when it was basically empty, yet it still took 30 minutes to receive my food. Tonight, I came in and discovered it was poker night with only one person working. That's a clear sign that things are not going well. It's sad because this place used to be fantastic. I give it about another month to see if someone steps up to make changes. At this point, they can’t keep blaming COVID. It seems like either they aren't paying well, or no one wants to work for the current management.
