Burger King - Glendale

Was waiting to get breakfast when an employee quit on the spot. The guy at the PA system was very kind about the whole situation. Very friendly BK I hope they’re all doing okay.

Clean fast and friendly service I mean what else can I say !!! Burger King is one of my favorites so I am always glad to frequent them and don't get me wrong not all Burger King's are cared for the same I have been in some that were disgusting and left right away, this one is in Goodyear or Avondale not sure, but it's clean and the service is great and fast ?

I order breakfast , showed my bk codes and the cashier i ask his name but he gave me different name. Different name in my reciet) he is a big guy, don't know anything about burger King apps. He told me what is that code for? I told him, it's in the window download the apps and you will get rewards and points. Just sad I did not get my points.i been using my bk app for long time. I ask his manager, he said no manager on site. They need to show him how to use the bk app.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, usually I don't do that. However on this night my family was eating something else so my boyfriend went to Burger King to get me a Whopper junior. This happened to be a night when I was actually starving and could not wait to get my food. It's my own fault or not having it checked upon leaving the drive-thru but I didn't. When I opened it to eat at home, the buns were so hard that I'm sure at one point they were used in several hockey games as the puck. I could knock on it and it didn't even crack but it made a loud knocking sound. Surely somebody had to have noticed that the buns they were giving me were extremely hard and stale. I ended up just tossing it in the garbage and eating something else from my refrigerator. It was already late at that point and I wasn't trying to go back and argue or upset anybody. All of that being said, this was a very unique experience for this location. I eat at this location quite often, and this is the first time that my food has been inedible. Usually the food is pretty good, the only issue ever being that sometimes the food isn't fresh.

It's fair. to the greatest part is eating for the curs when they are honest with themselves. it is burger king. if they are looking for a qualitative meal, they could be worse, but they could do much better. like any other bk nowadays, it is best to keep it as easy as possible to ensure that they do not scrape off excess ketchup or liquid salate. they always slope disgusting amounts of sauce on everything, so I arrange everything dry and avoid everything with salate on it. these young remain on the old tradition of prioritizing the running gear thru and not to their customers in the order they receive. they do this by not even ordering in the dining room until the trip thru is clear. often the crew consists of enchanted souls who desire that they simply stop ordering food. the greatest greeting of the world to suffocate, sometimes with a contempable eye roll. they are antagonizing their harmonie through existing so that if they simply die in their sleep and stop ordering food; that would be great. as if no commands were to be fulfilled, her tragic life would somehow improve. I am not looking for all who work at the burger king to be happy. I have worked at many Burger clinics, burger king included. I hated it, but I didn't take it on my customers. it is not their fault that they have accepted one of the most reliable jobs in the country. I visited here often because it was close and there is not much more in the opposite. I stopped because I don't want to find out what these people do with their food after complaining about them.
