Hungry Howie's Pizza - Glendale

If I could not give them stars, this situation would be awful. Waiting 3 hours to eat cold food, then being treated as if they are doing a favor to their customers. It is the worst pizza place in the valley, with no customer service or appreciation.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and my daughter declared that she wouldn't want to go anywhere else. - Jamie for my stomach?

The customer service was excellent! The new manager is fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning.

It is not okay to tell me that it will be 40 minutes and then an hour and 15 minutes after the order that I will say a text that it will arrive 2 hours after the order. When I called, it was a call center that proved me in the load, where I waited another 15 minutes. no appology and no offer to do everything to make it right, just talk about the call center and personal. if they have to lie about the delivery time, they simply don't take the order.
