Dunkin' - Haledon

Terrible experience—disorganized and dirty. The manager is indifferent and clearly unfit to run a Dunkin' Donuts. They are constantly out of something and never restock their items. This is why people are willing to spend more for quality beverages and products at Starbucks. I’d much rather go there instead. Visiting this location was a huge mistake!

They struggle to manage when more than three people place an order, as they tend to get overwhelmed very quickly.

I visited this restaurant today around 10:25 p.m., but the doors were already closed. The staff seemed to be idle until I knocked, which clearly startled them. I asked why they were closed, and they just pointed to their wrists. The restaurant is supposed to close at 11 p.m. — really?

Not very clean and always very cold. Service is friendly and fast.

The new young girl here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here this morning to get breakfast and the attitude she had I just left somewhere else! You don?t get paid to get an attitude because a customer is asking ONE SIMPLE QUESTION! Don?t workthere if you don?t like your job! SIMPLE! Don?t come to this place unless you don?t mind workers giving you an attitude!
