Standard Oyster Company - Hickory

We were here many different times and were never dissatisfied with our food and staff. I was here when there was a woman who complained about her food and the prices that it is not what she expected and was very disappointed. The prices are in the menu. The server was brilliant and took it while trying to swallow our oysters and keep them happy. I love coming here for the food and the great atmosphere.

Wow, wow! If you like oysters, this is the place. We tried them all! Also to die the lobster sliders with a carburized lemon. I'll never forget the Mac-n-cheese. Oh, my God. Everything was divine! Get here. STAT.

Standard Oyster Company is the best place to eat in the Hickory area, period. The food (Cajun Pasta and oysters, obvious! and cocktails (old fashion! are simply tasty, and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and attentive. I bring friends and family for celebrations and special nights, and we always have a wonderful time. As a bonus, they bend backwards to meet special needs – a friend is gluten intolerant and my cousin uses a wheelchair. You will not find a more beautiful place to eat!

Hands down best seafood restaurant in town! Food was incredible and the service was great! We ordered fried oysters to share an appetizer and cook the low land. Both were phenomenal! Very recommended!
