Little Tokyo Express - Hixson

The first word that comes to mind is "phenomenal." Without a doubt, this is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Chattanooga. It may not be the most visually striking, but the food is incredible. I've had the teriyaki chicken multiple times, and it's absolutely delicious!

A few weeks ago, I wrote a blog post about Soho Hibachi in Hixson. Someone commented on my Facebook post saying she preferred Little Tokyo Express. We visited Little Tokyo several years ago (before Chattavore came onto the scene), and I recalled that we enjoyed it, but for some reason, we never returned. We decided it was finally time to go back and give it another try.

I highly recommend Big Teriyaki Chicken. For the price, I've never found a place that compares. While the quality may not match that of Ichiban or Tako Yaki, you really can't beat it for the cost. The staff is fantastic and very friendly; I've never had any issues with my order.

Best Budget Hibachi in Hixson!. We ate here 20 times. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, and we always leave full and happy! If you are looking for fast and great tasting Hibachi style food, that is it.

Truly Great Food. This has been a favorite of ours for a while. The food is the draw, which is absolutely delicious and always fresh and hot. The restaurant itself is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Easy to get to for the Hixson area.
