Dirty Skillet - Hope

If I could give more stars, I would. I have lived in Alaska for 5 months and this is, by far, the most amazing food I have eaten in this state. I would be here at least once a week if I lived closer. If you are weighing the option to stop here, do it! You will not regret it. 20/10 food, 20/10 pie, 20/10 people.

Didn't try the food but stopped in for a beer with friends. Staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. Awesome atmosphere. Good beer

Fantastic restaurant in middle of nowhere. Really great imaginative menu, great quality and atmosphere. Really must book as gets busy.

We LOVE the Dirty Skillet! Live music, great drinks and the food is consistently delicious . I would drive across the country for Chef Aprils rice balls. So YUMMY! 10/10

We were next to a large tourist group but otherwise enjoyed our dinner experience. They had kids running everywhere and appeared a bit rude.
