Fantastic restaurant in middle of nowhere. Really great imaginative menu, great quality and atmosphere. Really must book as gets busy.

We LOVE the Dirty Skillet! Live music, great drinks and the food is consistently delicious . I would drive across the country for Chef Aprils rice balls. So YUM...

We were next to a large tourist group but otherwise enjoyed our dinner experience. They had kids running everywhere and appeared a bit rude.

This is a must stop dining experience in Hope! Truly a special place.
