Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Was in the drive thru at 4:20PM and received some of the worst service of my entire life. After being rushed to order, the order taker had a nasty attitude as if I was I inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I got to the window, the cashier had acrylic nails that were over 3 inches that curled downward. Having worked in the restaurant industry, The Jefferson county health department states that acrylic nails may be worn but that gloves have to be worn as well. I will be referring this to the health department for further investigation because this is a sanitation issue and food safety hazard and against the health code of Alabama. Update: After realizing the owners only respond to positive reviews, more action will be taken.

This location just don't care about the quality of the food. Our company will even go on a long break away from them and try to go back but we're quickly reminded why we stop going in the first place. Food tasted like burnt oil, the cole slaw was spoiled and no-one will ever answer the phone. they need to shut this one down and re-do everything about it because people spend too much money here just to get anything.

Unacceptable. Went to grab a simple order of the Boneless Wings Things meal and Signature Sandwich, but instead of that, I get the wrong order and a rude attitude! Not going there again until they fire that rude guy at the drive thru! ????

Um this is by far the only zaxbys I?ve been to that I NEVER come back to. The customer service was not good. Everybody on their phones and conversations. I ordered a boneless wings and things the boneless wings looked like they barely touched the fryer super rubbery when I pulled them apart,French fries were tasteless overcooked. If they put salt on them you can?t taste it. The only thing I was a lil satisfied with was the tenders and toast. I will not be returning.

This is the first Zaxby?s that I?ve ever stopped going to. I have been to this particular location 4 times and they have never been able to get my order correct, whether it?s forgetting to put any sauce at all with the meal; even after ordering extra or giving the wrong drink or not giving you the right amount of chicken fingers. They will also never answer their phone so don?t bother calling when you get home and something is missing. Very disappointing, would recommend saving yourself the trouble and stress and just go somewhere else.
