Black Bear Grill - Keystone

Is located in the lobby of our hotel. trüffel fries super! bison blue burger super! server never in another order so that was a negatiw. drinks and happy hour menu were cheaper. menu had 3 don julio drinks, but when they were asked for a drink with don julio, they did not. but the place was not busy and eating was warm drinks were good.

The restaurant had no parking available, which was disappointing. Given that it's associated with a hotel, I expected a higher standard. There was only one waiter on duty, which made the service slow. Additionally, they didn't offer any desserts. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth it.

Late seats with our reservation also with several open tables. gastgeber often said they were shorthanded. gluten-free menu was handwritten and confusing on a regular menu. the waiter ran into the kitchen numerous paintings for clarification. slow to supply average but very expensive burger.

Not sure how this is rated so high on an open table. it was not obvious that this was a hotel restaurant...not eating good. all right. would be good if they could not get a reservation at keystone otherwise.

We were on vacation at Keystone resort and wanted to get away from River Run Village. Based on the location and online reviews, we had high hopes for this place. The outdoor patio has a lovely view and is very relaxing. Our waiter was prompt and attentive and our food arrived in a timely manner. The fried zucchini and hummus appetizers were both delicious. Unfortunately things went downhill from there: our entrees were barely edible--the pizza crust was burnt; the shrimp kebabs were way overcooked--making them tough and chewy; and the striped bass was dry, as was the sauce, rendering the fish completely flavorless--it looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for far too long. It was not a busy night when we were there, so there was no obvious explanation for why the food was such a disaster. This could be a nice place for drinks and appetizers, but I wouldn't recommend it for a meal.
