Black Bear Lodge - Keystone

We booked a condo through Airbnb and were excited about the accommodations. The unit was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed at Silver Mill and it would have been beneficial if someone had helped us find our unit and informed us about the amenities available. This could have been due to the fact that we were there during the offseason or perhaps because we booked through Airbnb. It would have been useful to have some brochures or information available in the lobby.

Loved keystone resort! great dining options, so many fun things to do and so easy for our big group to share and then back together. clean, safe and incredibly friendly staff. we were in river run in a 2 bedroom apartment (dakota.) we had ski lockers, 2 whirlpools, heated pool, sauna in/outside our building. garage and less than 2 minutes to walk to a food store, eat, ski shops, ice skating, it goes on and on. we used the spa for massagen incredible. we went to the nordic center and rented cross-country skiing/school lessons, my sister married at the keystone ranch. nice in and out was eating fabulous as the entire staff. the ceremony was outside with a view of the mountains. we have traveled several other places and they can not compare as far as a resort was perfect for our whole family!

Beautiful apartment, great location. very practical for skiing. loved art work and rustic furniture. a couple of things could make this place better: blue loudspeakers so we can play music that we want. tw at this point should really be a smart tw and bigger. nothing better than showing our videos of the day from our smartphones on the tw. some imprisonment cans would be nice. bedroom slightly randomly switched on, often in the middle in the night. it uses a hand kept away.

This is a warning that nothing is open in keystone! they will starve literally in the river run village! the restaurants say they take reservations and do not guide them! they may have 4 restaurants that are open with a whole village to eat when they call after the tour, they say we do not offer this with covid. in the meantime they are stuck on a mountain without food. invites open and close when it is the only market there dirty and disgusting. I knew when I left the village, I would have got covid and my whole family home and tested positiw. go not! worst experience in our lives! the actual room was beautiful and the intention amazing, but definitiw not the torture of an entire week worth. the ski could not even make up for the terrible time we had

The resort was close to the slopes. It was spacious, warm and clean. It was quiet and comfortable. There is a $35 daily fee that is extra that ended up being $57 with taxes and surcharges. I felt like this was dishonest. I also asked for twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and was told that I could have that but when I arrived at our room it was not so.
