Little Caesars Pizza - Kingsland

I will NEVER go back. I'm new to the area. We placed a mobile delivery order from the Little Ceasers website at 3:50pm. At 4:50pm I was notified by door dash that our order was cancelled. I tried to call them to get a refund and nobody is answering the phones. Not sure how to get my $31.23 refund! Update: I called 3 different contacts and finally at 5:33pm I got a confirmation that my refund will be received within 7-10 business days.

Usually little ceasars isn't bad. But today I dont know what this is... I guess il pay full price for half a cheese bread box full... ?

We all know this is a quick in and out to get the kids fed type of place with no high expectations. But to wait 20+ minutes and be the first one in and the last to get their food is ridiculous. More people standing around than doing work and while the pizza sits getting cold I sat and waited on cheese bread that I watched them give to someone that ordered after me. Absolute joke of place.

The dough was undercooked and had a boiled texture. The sauce had a casual, pungent taste reminiscent of canal water. The cheese was yellow and lumpy, resembling something unpleasant. Overall, this was not a good pizza, and the restaurant did not impress.

On June 24, 2019, I raised my rating to three stars for potential. I also requested olives and mushrooms. The picture tells the rest of the story. On December 1, 2019, at 8:47 PM, I found the hamburger meat on my five-meat pizza to be old. On January 12, 2020, I ordered a top, and it looked like it had been sitting around for a while. On November 9, 2021, there wasn’t much pepperoni on the thin crust, which was very disappointing. On January 3, 2022, I thought it was terrible, but I was hungry. On May 9, 2022, the thin crust pepperoni was edible, but it was poorly made. I included a photo of it. Finally, on October 21, 2022, I found the thin crust paprika to be reliable.
