My experience was not what I expected at all. We were left waiting for our food after ordering at 6:16 PM, but it never arrived. I received a refund the next day, but that didn’t come through until almost 5 PM. I called in the morning to find out what the issue was, but the food didn’t arrive at my home until 10:45 PM. What frustrated me the most was that the online tracking worked initially, but then it just stopped once they realized how busy they were. They didn’t even bother to call us or provide any updates. It’s clear that they don’t care about delivery when they know they’ll still make a profit. You might want to reconsider choosing them for your meal.

The delivery service was excellent, but the food was terrible! It was excessively oily. The large prawn box, which costs R129.90, contained very little food. What has happened to the quality and standards of Fish Aways? I submitted a complaint on your website, but I haven't received a response. Perhaps your staff could benefit from some training, and it would be helpful for them to review the advertisements on TV and compare the quality we have here in the Western Cape.
