Írjon visszajelzéstThis was my second visit to this restaurant. My first experience was exceptional, but this time was forgettable. The food was mediocre, at best. The fish was overcooked, the pasta sauce was excessively salty, and the beef fillet with pesto lacked flavor. The service was just average. I felt very disappointed, especially since we traveled a long way from the Four Seasons in Wailea with high hopes for another remarkable meal, only to end up with a subpar experience. A restaurant that is inconsistently great can’t truly be called great. I don’t think I would trust this place again, and I’ll definitely pass on it the next time I’m in Maui. Mr. Merriman should be ashamed to associate his name with this establishment. It seems he is spread too thin and unable to maintain the quality across all of his restaurants because it’s impossible for him to be everywhere. I usually avoid restaurant chains with multiple locations where the chef isn’t consistently present, and I thought this place was an exception. Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken, and I regret my decision.
We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Merriman's, and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant's ambiance was lovely, and the views were breathtaking. The service was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. While it is on the more expensive side, it was worth it for such a special occasion. Overall, it was a memorable anniversary dinner that we will cherish.
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu; there's something for everyone. The setting is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the food is incredible!
Our honeymoon dinner couldn’t have been more special! Thank you Merrimans!
It was my birthday and looking forward to this. Ate upstairs, view ok, cocktails good, pupu platter very good, lamb shank very tender, Opakapaka the worst I've ever eaten anywhere. I wanted to go slap the chef. Over cooked, dry, hard to cut , same with the 2 accompanying prawns. Waitress brought me another half order, not much better if any. We've been here a month and went twice to Seahouse $38) and Seascape $29) for the Opakapaka along with Dukes and Kimos $36). This was $49 and about half the size including 2 overlooked prawns. The best was Seahouse and Seascape which was crab stuffed at $29, both melted in your mouth. Kudos to manager who comped the fish and gave us a $50 voucher . I certainly hope this was a one time mistake. Every time we've eaten there no problems.
