Firehouse Subs Independence Plaza

I visited this restaurant as a first-time customer, and my experience was quite controversial. The staff lacked expertise, which was disappointing.

I ordered the New York steamer and it was absolutely delicious, with everything being incredibly fresh. No other restaurant even comes close!

I just ordered a sandwich, and it was filled with hair—not just one strand, but clumps of hair. It was utterly disgusting. I can handle finding a single hair, but clumps of hair are just unacceptable and careless.

Today I placed a group order over the phone because the app said the earliest pickup time was at 8pm although I was trying to place an immediate order at 2 pm. Felix picks up the phone and flawlessly takes my group order of 4 subs and and chips. Felix, if you’re reading this, 100/10 man!! Loved the way he took my order over the phone regardless of my app issues, very nice and attentive. Patient and charming charisma. And then when I picked up the order he made my day completely. Jokes compliments and all! Hoping firehouse pays you NICEEE man! Keep up the great work and I hope I made your day too!
