Domino's Pizza - Las Cruces

"We waited 30 minutes for our pizza after placing an online order 54 minutes ago. I'm not sure what went wrong, but this is by far the longest we've ever waited for a pizza. It threw off our schedule during our road trip. While we waited, I noticed two other customers also waited for their orders. As a gesture, they offered a discount on the pizzas due to the long wait."

The staff are not very professional. I waited almost 20 minutes at the door while five employees were present, and they seemed indifferent to taking orders. Additionally, the exterior of the restaurant does not appear to be clean.

They stopped the timer and brought out the pizza 5 min later. then I had to wait five for teller. honor their offers.

The service was excellent! Abby and Carley are wonderful. I will always choose to order from this place whenever I can.

I don’t even write reviews but this is literally the worst dominos in town, i order often from the one off university n roadrunner n never have any issues.. I always try to give this one a chance since it’s the closest to me for delivery n always regret it ??‍ Also had to put the cheese dip back in the oven cause it wasn’t melted all the way
