K-bowl - Las Cruces

In a city that doesn 't have a ton of quality Asian options, this is a very unique spot with legit food. It is a Chipotle style build your own bowl spot with a relatively limited menu. All of the meats (chicken, spicy pork, beef bulgogi) are $10.99 for a base, 4 veggies, your choice of protein, then sauces. Vegetarian options also available. Personally, I went with the salad base with beef bulgogi, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, broccoli, and pickled jalapenos. I got the jalapeno soy sauce along with the gochujang sauce. The quality of the food is outstanding. Super fresh food with high quality meat/vegetables. For spice lovers like myself, I got the hottest options they had to offer and it wasn 't overly spicy at all, but left you with a slight tingle. My lone gripe with the spot was the portion size. I get that we 're definitely talking about clean eating, but one would hope not to be hungry after spending $13 for lunch at a cheaper spot. Service was outstanding and staff was super friendly. It 's counter service and they will gladly answer any questions you have. I will certainly be back amidst my trips to Las Cruces when working at New Mexico State. Busy spot with line nearly out the door and they were able to quickly accommodate people.

Wow!! This place is amazing and the food and variety of add ins is impeccable. A great places to stop and have a clean and wholesome meal. Employees are kind and friendly, and are willing to help you along the way. The restaurant is very clean and well designed. My only complaint and the reason why I can't give it 5 stars is because they have horrible hours. They obviously are trying to only capitalize on the lunch rush hours and shut down early at 3 to minimize downtime. It's fair...but...wish I could have this place for dinner.

Great local Korean restaurant! Perfect for a healthy lunch on the go. There are few asian options in Las Cruces, so we were glad to find one we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Super good food, very flavorful and doesn't make you feel bloated or gross after eating. The only downfall is they are always packed and run out of chicken quickly but other options are yummy!
