Papa John's Pizza - Las Cruces

CALL IN ! Grab it and go staff is polite the stuffed crust pizza is yummy my neighbors enjoy not cooking and add a salad sweet tea and ya gots a great meal!??

I ordered delivery,I got full,but noticed things have changed.Its been sometime since I ordered,if you wait a while you can see difference,what was,what is.Its not same pizza I got a year ago,suppose they had to cut back to,their biggest pizza was regular large now

I almost felt like giving them 1*star. I placed an order over the phone at 6:05 and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I arrived to their store they didn't even start my order or even placed it at all

We ordered several items online for pick-up. Papa John's has always been one of our go tos, however, this time we were very disappointed. We always get the same thing so we know how good it can be, but today it was not. We ordered green chile bacon cheese sticks. It was wet and soggy because they forgot to add the green chile before they ran them through the oven, and added it after they had been baked. The green chile was cold and wet and ruined the whole thing. This was horrible! We had also selected in our order to have a square cut on our thin crust and it was not. This location is usually really excellent.

I called the curbside service phone number when I arrived. I hit the option 2 button. It said my pizza was ready so I wrongfully assumed someone would bring it out. It said it was ready for 15 minutes. I walked in but didn’t have a mask, the staff immediately told me to leave because I didn’t have a mask… which is why I called the curbside service number to begin with. I tried to explain I have been calling for like 20 minutes but they weren’t listening. You either do curbside or you don’t. Be nice, be a human and be decent enough and at least let me speak and tell you why I walked in maskless. Be better.
