Customer service in this particular 5 guys is pathetic! I was having a bad day and decided to stop in to one of my favorite stores for a burger.

It was good for a fast food burger. It's my third time and I brought others. The others said they liked it too. You buy a burger. Then you can add several ingredients at no extra cost. It was all good except the cheese, the more of a processed cheese it was good, but next time instead of a bacon cheeseburger, I would skip the bacon burger the cheese). Fries were also fresh and made from solid potatoes. They have a sign for the farm where they bought the potatoes. The staff was friendly and interacts a little more than a typical fast food joint that only takes your order. Overall, the quality for fast food was very good. Portions were good. A little expensive, but I would pay more for good food. I'd go back.
