Tim Hortons - Listowel

This kiosk style location of the Tim Hortons chain is very efficient and well-run We often stop here when we are in Listowel and need a Tim Hortons

Out on the highway outside of town, so a convenient stop on our trip north. Great service, smiling staff, still redeemed my free coffee from their summer 150 promotion. Everything a Tim Hortons should be.

We have stopped here many times for coffee or lunch on our way to or from home. Today was a big disappointment. I waited way too long in line. Bottom line is this Timmies does not have enough staff. The 2 older ladies behind the counter were run off their feet. The woman who served me gave me the wrong doughnut & did not put milk in my coffee. There was no toilet paper in the women's washroom. In future I will stop at Timmies in either Elmira or Wingham.

Very Busy place but service thru the drive thru is fast and accurate great staff always friendly with smiling faces. Great place.

Appreciated the service to specification of each, with patient explanations when needed! We knew what to expect of Tim Hortons.
