The Longreach Tavern

Courtesy bus picked us up from the caravan park. We had a few drinks and a lovely meal. Definitely worth a visit.

Food was good once you receive it. BUT we had to wait 1 1/2hrs for it. We even had the knives and forks tossed onto the table at us. If you find a sign that there be a delay of 30 minutes and you look around and all tables are full including outside. Don't stay find another place. Even the manager was so busy who did not have the time to find the menu for us. I found one in 20 seconds and ordered that was my mistake.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was prompt and friendly. Our bus driver, Michael, was especially nice. By the way, Michael and I talked about his foot injuries and his time in Brisbane, where he was a professional player during his prime.

The service was outstanding! While the menu is somewhat limited, it still offers options for most diners. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated.

Had a nice meal here tonight, the tables are beautifully decorated and the place has some great decorative features. special mention goes to one of her workers stan, he is a fabulous worker, he was busy all night to ensure that everything was neat and clean, he is very pleasant, I would recommend him as a worker, where he is a great advantage for her pub.
