Írjon visszajelzéstVery disappointed by the cuisine here. We could not finish any dish (too sweet for the tomato soup, too salty and oily for the fish and too dense and sweet for the chocolate dessert). Worst meal in a long time. Too bad. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
Super nice views jungle feeling ... I have passed this place so many times of the years didn't even know it had a restaurant... good size portions ... bumpkin soup was cold or warm not hot maybe it was suppose to be like that . Table next to is also commented on it but def will go back !!
Beautiful pre-fixe dinners which I love because you get a the good things at a great price. Their salads are fresh and delicious. I had the macnut Mahi one night and the rib-eye another. The veggies are so good and the breads they make in house are great. Great place to go for a quiet dinner date with quality food. Only two seating times 6:30 and 7:00 pm. Definitely can become a favorite.
I stayed three nights at Lumeria this past week and dined in at The Wooden Crate our first night. Right off the bat, I appreciated the selection offering for each course, the alcohol selection to choose from, and the ambience! The waiters were friendly and helpful. I ended up choosing the lobster bisque, pork chop, and basque cheesecake. The lobster bisque was delicious. The pork chop was cooked to medium this threw me off as I am used to cooking pork all the way through. However, my husband told me that it is normal now for pork to not be cooked all the way since pig raising practices have improved... I still made him eat the more raw slices though! :P I absolutely loved slathering the mushroom gravy over the whole dish, probably should've asked for more! I could tell all of the ingredients were fresh. And the cheesecake was a delicious end to our dinner! Tips: Thursday night is kama'aina discount night. Also wear mosquito repellant if dining outside.
Arrive early to walk around the grounds before dinner. Very limited menu choices all absolutely superb. One flaw was the 2 excellent desserts were both chocolate. Was no option other than chocolate.
