My granddaughter got her first book-it pizza certificate and the worker gave it directly to her and said good work! Just a great thing to witness

I was informed that you no longer offer the Hut Favorite crust flavors well that is what I loved about pizza hut so you will no longer be my first pizza choice

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and ordering online was simple. When I arrived at Pizza Hut, the staff was very quick and brought my pizza out in just 2 minutes. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and everyone praised how good it was!

The experience wasn't exceptional, but I have no complaints. I've been a fan of their breadsticks since my college New Year's celebration, so it's been a while!

The people and service were great. However, I experienced an issue with my online order. I had selected several items that were available at the time of my order, but they were missing when I received my items. Additionally, those items were no longer listed in my confirmation email.
