Taco Bell - Melbourne

I had a rather disappointing experience with my taco – it was soggy and poorly made. The drive-thru staff can be a bit socially awkward, and there have been several occasions when my order was missing items. So why the 5 stars? It's because I didn't have to wait 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and they don't just substitute items without asking first, unlike some other fast-food places I won't name (*cough* Wendy's *cough*). Plus, my order didn’t feel like a struggle, as it sometimes does at other places like Burger King. It’s Taco Bell, so expectations should be reasonable, but I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. While I know every restaurant is facing challenges right now, this Taco Bell kept it together—they didn’t curse or throw my food at me, which is more than I can say for some other experiences.
