Arby's - Meridian

Do not come here to often because we eat only 2 times a week, but will say I enjoy the food here and the little ones as well as a somewhat better alternative then fast food if you try to cut off some of these fast food, but still satisfy your belly with some delicious

Recently placed an order through Door Dash. The bun on the beef and cheddar smelled funny. (More than stale. Couldn't eat it. Sauces not included, which has become a pattern of Arby's.

I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes with 3 other vehicles for an order of crinkle fries(large)and a large coke and peach lemonade. I finally got my order and drove off only to discover I had been given burnt curly fries. I hate curly fries. Never again. I knew better than to stop here in the first place.

The food was good. We were refused to change the side. We were forced to have crinkle cut fries and not allowed to choose the other sides on the menu. The two ladies the blond with glasses and the trainee said crinkle cut fries only off the many choices of sides. WHY??? Why do they have SIDES in plural?????When did this change??Also no paper cups for sauces but there was sauces in the containers.I asked the lady in glasses are we to use our hands?This was the first timeI heard of this.

Food was cold and looked disgusting. Very disappointing since Arby's is usually great.
