Moe's Southwest Grill - Monroe

Every table in the place was filthy. This is the second visit and just as bad. Trash was full. I understand if the place was busy but all three employees were at tables on phones and watching WWE on the tv when no customers were in line.

Tonight, we stopped at a restaurant and placed an online order for Taco boxes. We forgot that it was Moe's Monday and the restaurant was very busy. Despite the small staff of only two girls working the line, register, and floor, along with the manager pitching in wherever he could, the service was quick and efficient. Although our order took longer than expected, we were content to wait and the manager was sincerely apologetic for the delay, although there was no need for him to apologize. Unfortunately, we did not catch the names of the hardworking staff members to thank them personally. If we find ourselves back in Monroe, we would definitely return to this restaurant.

I have consistently had good experiences at this restaurant, and my recent visit was no exception. I ordered my usual dish, the queen, and as always, it was delicious.

I would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant as they consistently do not complete orders on time. I will not be ordering Chipotle online from here again.

Faster and friendly service, but. the servier area didn't look at attractive. most of what one could see from the boiled objects had a film on the top, not a plastic film, but a dried film. there was also a lot of cross-contamination between the bins that made it look dirty and inconspicuous.
